Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and freber LLC ("we", "us") about your use of the Witchonomics app and website. By using Witchonomics you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Who can use Witchonomics
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for what happens under your account.
2. For entertainment and reflection only
Horoscopes, tarot readings, birth-sky pictures, familiars, and all readings, including those written by AI, are for entertainment and personal reflection. They are not predictions, and they are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Do not make health, legal, money, relationship, or safety decisions because of anything in Witchonomics. 3. AI-written readings
In-depth readings are written by an AI service from the facts of your chart. They can contain mistakes, may read differently each time, and are not reviewed by a person before you see them. They are labelled as AI-written.
4. Plants, herbs and safety
The Apothecary, symptom search, My Garden and Plant ID are for general garden and folklore information only. Symptom search shows only what old herbal tradition says about everyday herbs. It cannot tell you what is wrong, and it is not a diagnosis. Plant identification from a photo can be wrong, and some plants that look harmless are poisonous. Never eat, drink, smoke, apply, or give to a child or a pet any plant, herb, or remedy because of what an app says. Talk to a doctor or pharmacist first, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, on medicine, or choosing for a child or pet. We give no dosing advice and make no claim that any plant treats or cures any condition. If someone may have been poisoned, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 (in the U.S.) or your local emergency number.
5. Plans, free trial and renewal
- Plans. Witchonomics is free to start. Plus costs $11.11 a month or $111.10 a year. Premium (everything in Plus, plus more Plant IDs, symptom search, and an unlimited My Pantry and My Garden) costs $18.99 a month or $189.90 a year. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe and are before sales tax. Where sales tax applies, it is added to the price and shown on your receipt. Prices may change; we will tell you before a change affects your next renewal.
- Free trial. New subscribers get a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your plan renews and you are charged the price shown.
- Automatic renewal. Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the app (Me → Manage or cancel my plan) or by emailing us. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

- Store purchases. If you subscribe through Apple or Google in a future phone app, that store's terms and cancellation tools also apply.
6. Fair-use limits
Some features have monthly limits so the service stays affordable for everyone: 45 in-depth readings and 25 plant IDs per month on Plus and 100 on Premium, and smaller limits during a free trial (5 in-depth readings and 3 plant IDs). Limits reset on the first of each month. A reading or ID that fails because of an error on our side or our provider's side does not count. A photo with no plant in it still counts as an ID, because the identification service is still charged for it. We may change limits, and we may restrict accounts that abuse the service.
7. Links, sellers and affiliate links
Some pages link to independent sellers. We do not own, ship, or guarantee their products, and your purchase is between you and the seller. We may earn a commission on some links at no extra cost to you, and we say so next to those links. See our Affiliate disclosure.
8. Your notes and data
What you write in your journal, garden, and pantry is yours. It is stored on your device. You give us only the limited permission needed to run the features you use. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Our content
The text, design, drawings, and software of Witchonomics belong to freber LLC or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, scrape, resell, or republish them, or use them to train AI systems, without our written permission. Some data and images come from open sources with their own licenses; see Credits.
10. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Witchonomics: no attempts to break, overload, or get around its limits or security; no automated copying of content; no unlawful use; no photographing people for Plant ID; and no use of the service to harm others.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using Witchonomics and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breaking these terms, for abuse, or to protect the service, and we will refund any prepaid period if we end a paid plan without cause.
12. No warranties
Witchonomics is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any reading, identification, or information is accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
13. Limits on our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, freber LLC and its owners are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profit, or opportunity arising from your use of Witchonomics. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, unless the law where you live gives you the right to go elsewhere. Please contact us first at support@witchonomics.com; most problems can be solved with a message.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Witchonomics after a change means you accept it.
